Data processed and purposes
The name, e-mail, phone, company and message content you submit via the contact form are processed to respond to your requests, carry out supply and quotation processes, and develop business relationships.
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed based on legal grounds such as the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent, within the scope of Article 5 of the KVKK.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions and to the suppliers from which we receive services, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above and in compliance with the legislation.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data,
- To request deletion or destruction of the data,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
